AION
XIIPress

On the record about the doctrine, not the users.

AION will speak with journalists, researchers, and engineers about the architecture, the threat model, the audit cadence, and the governance triple-lock. AION will not speak about individual users, even anonymized. That distinction is a Charter obligation.

What AION is, in one paragraph

AION is a civilizational vault for individuals. Today it runs client-side cryptography — a four-of-seven threshold split, sealed in your browser. Its architecture extends to multi-sovereign distribution, a sequential time-lock, personal-knowledge crypto, and a trustee quorum, so that in time no single nation, hacker, technology, or century can compromise it. The cryptography is open source. The architecture is verifiable. AION the company cannot read a vault, by construction.

Lines AION will say in print

  • “Sealed in AION.”
  • “Locked by math. Opened by love.”
  • “What you save here, outlives you.”
  • “Fort Knox protects gold. AION protects souls.”
  • “The first vault outside the reach of any nation.”
  • “Even we cannot see what you save here.”
What we will not do

The press anti-patterns

  • Advertise on grief. No targeted outreach to the recently bereaved, no campaigns timed to disaster.
  • Feature celebrities prominently. A grandmother in Ohio matters as much as a billionaire; the brand reflects that.
  • Use fear-based framing. AION sells legacy, not loss.
  • Publish individual user data, even anonymized. Aggregate statistics are acceptable; a single signal that could identify one human is not.
  • Quote a customer in marketing without explicit, recorded, reversible consent — and never to glamorize a death.

How to reach AION

AION is in pre-launch mode. The aion.foundation domain is reserved, but DNS and email infrastructure are not verified; the cryptographic library is held privately pending the Phase 1 audit. Until those milestones land, no public press channel is published. AION would rather show this gap honestly than invent a channel that does not exist.

The addresses below are the future routing structure of the AION protocol. They become live only after DNS and mail routing are verified. Mail sent to them today may not be received; they are listed so the routing is known in advance and cannot be invented later.

  • press@aion.foundation — press inquiries and embargoed deadlines.
  • security@aion.foundation — coordinated disclosure under the Security page.
  • legal@aion.foundation — service of process under the Terms.
  • privacy@aion.foundation — data-subject requests under the Privacy Policy.

Once channels are open, the maintainer of record will respond within five working days. Embargoed deadlines shorter than that become live when the channel does.
